JOB SUMMARY

Accurately and promptly count all casino funds from slot machines, bill validators, change machines, and table games boxes. Promote Family Style Service culture through actions and positive attitude.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
  • Provide superior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
  • At all times, maintain control of all casino assets.
  • Follow all procedures for collection, counting, and asset security at all times.
  • Count all money collected from the gaming floor.
  • Count all chips collected from the gaming floor.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation timely, accurately, and legibly.
  • Appropriate use and maintenance of equipment and machinery used for transporting and counting funds.
  • Assist in maintaining a spotless casino by disposing of any cups, glasses, bottles, or other items left on the floor by guests.
  • Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities, and assist as needed.
  • Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
  • Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
  • Assist in maintaining a spotless casino by disposing of any cups, glasses, bottles, or other items left on the floor by guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to push and pull up to 150 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
  • Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
  • Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
  • Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
  • Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Proficient in English verbal and written
  • Proficient with iOS devices
  • Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Some experience in cashiering or cash handling and counting is strongly preferred
The Gaming Analytics Department is responsible for leading all analytical work related to table games, slots, poker and other gaming products.

Our team works with table games and slots operational leadership, Shared Services (ESS Gaming), and property leadership (AGMs/GMs) to optimize the gaming floor and explore/test new products. Some of their activities include:

  • Gaming asset optimization: making recommendations for the types of table games and number of slot units necessary to satisfy demand.
  • Creating and updating recurring product performance models and reports.
  • Advising gaming leadership: analyzing and reporting on the financial performance and profitability of table games and slot units on a monthly basis.
  • Assisting with ad hoc analyses.
