Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) seeks a Drafting Field Technician (Templater) to visit residential jobsites, take precise measurements, and capture project details for countertop fabrication and installation. The role requires attention to detail, independence in the field, and professional communication with customers, contractors, sales teams, and operations.

Experience with templating, drafting, or residential construction is preferred, but training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience with CAD or similar drafting/design app.
• Customer service experience and/or supporting sales or project teams.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential jobsites daily.
• Accurately measure and template countertop areas to company standards.
• Document and submit measurements and job information promptly.
• Communicate jobsite details to sales and operations teams.
• Serve as liaison between customers, contractors, and internal staff.
• Ensure jobsite readiness for fabrication and installation.
