Job summary

Sarto Countertops is seeking a highly motivated Countertop Installer to join our fast-growing stone countertop team. The ideal candidate has countertop or construction experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.

You will load and unload materials, assist Install Lead with installation and finishing work, and learn to use basic construction tools. We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 3% retirement match, paid time off, holidays,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background screen.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload work truck with all necessary tools.
• Carry heavy pieces of granite, quartz, marble, and other stone into and off of trucks, as well as into customer’s homes.
• Assist Install Lead with placement, installation, and finishing work of customer countertops.
• Learn and execute usage of basic construction tools, as well as tools specific to the countertop industry.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload work truck with all necessary tools
• Carry heavy pieces of granite, quartz, marble, and other stone into and off of trucks, as well as into customer’s homes
