Job summary

Interior Logic Group in La Mirada, CA, is seeking a hands-on countertop fabrication associate to read drawings, select materials, and operate waterjet/CNC machinery for granite, marble, Corian, or engineered stone surfaces.

You will inspect parts, maintain equipment, and follow safety procedures in a busy shop, collaborating with experienced colleagues to ensure top quality.

On-site role with steady hours; compensation is $20–$22 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age.
• Must pass Drug Test.
• Must pass Background Check.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of countertop fabrication experience.
• Experience with countertop fabrication equipment is a plus.
• Granite and solid surface experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine order specs to determine materials and machine setup.
• Fabricate pieces per work order specs.
• Select materials and perform fabrication duties.
• Inspect finished pieces for quality and standards.
• Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and perform preventive maintenance.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Assist and learn from a senior coworker as needed.
• Seek supervisor guidance on non-routine problems.
