Job summary

Cutting Edge Countertops in Bryan, OH is seeking a Fabricator for the 1st shift to join our countertop fabrication team. You will work with various hand tools to fabricate countertops, including routers, sanders, and saws, and contribute to the installation and finishing of finished tops.

The role requires the ability to read shop drawings, stand long hours, and lift up to 70 lbs. We offer full-time hours, benefits, paid time off, and growth opportunities within a family-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for a minimum of 9 hours.
• Must have good vision, color vision, hearing, speaking, and finger dexterity.
• Ability to read prints, a tape measure, and operate hand tools.
• High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Operate sanders, miter saws, table saws, and routers.
• Cut and assemble countertops to specified sizes.
• Cutting and applying build-up
• Band countertops
• Fabrication of applied edge tops
• Installation of sinks into countertops
• Gluing and laying laminate
• Cutting and finishing backsplashes
• Applying adhesive and silicone for solid surface tops
• Filing/sanding and cleaning tops for final quality check
• Basic CNC Machine operation
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas
