The Opportunity:

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) program is a key component of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC), providing advanced CI training to personnel to protect our nation from adversarial threats.

We are currently seeking a Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance (UTS) instructor.

Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class UTS instruction.
• Plan, develop, and execute training certification for CI Special Agents to conduct collection and operations in UTS environments, in accordance with laws, strategies, and policies.
• Deliver classroom instruction and assess student performance in field exercises, which may include extended hours, weekends, and travel within the NCR and CONUS.

Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph or ability to obtain polygraph clearance.
• Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school and advanced source handling course.
• Proven expertise in UTS through industry, DoD, or academic training, and verifiable experience in roles with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in CI Collection, Offensive CI Operations, HUMINT Targeting, Threat Finance, or Offensive Technical Operations.
• Minimum of five years' experience integrating CI Collection or Offensive CI Operations within a UTS ecosystem.
