Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a Counterintelligence professional to support a government agency at Fort Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities include researching open sources, assisting in investigations, interviewing sources, and supporting security and OPSEC programs.

The role requires strong briefing skills, experience with a Federal Government organization, and the ability to write IIRs and intelligence reports. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory, with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of experience with a Federal Government organization.
• Strong briefing skills with ability to present to audiences.
• DCAC training or equivalent required.
• Must have active DOD Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Use search engines to obtain open-source and classified information for briefings.
• Participate in counterintelligence investigations
• Interview walk-in sources
• Support security, OPSEC, and force protection programs
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
• Write IIRs and operational reports
• Provide timely written recommendations and assessments
• Conduct briefings and debriefings
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Salary Range - $125,000 to $135,000

• Clearance - A successful candidate must have an active "Top Secret/SCI" clearance to be considered.

SUMMARY

Provide Counterintelligence support to a government agency at Fort Belvoir VA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use numerous search engines to obtain up-to-date open sources and classified information for use in briefings
• Participate in counterintelligence investigations
• Interview walk-in sources
• Support the security / OPSEC / force protection program
• Demonstrate good communication skills (oral and written)
• Write operational and Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)
• Produce timely written recommendations and assessments
• Conduct briefings and debriefings
• Perform other duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong briefing skills / ability to present to small and large audiences
• Five (5) years of experience working with a Federal Government organization
• Defense Counterintelligence Agents Course (DCAC) (or equivalent)
• DOD Top Secret clearance is required
