Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Cyber Counterintelligence Analyst (TS/SCI) for on-site work at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role provides cyber support to a government agency and requires experience with DOD and federal programs, plus the ability to analyze network logs and prepare IIRs.

The position stresses strong briefing, written and verbal communication, and familiarity with tools such as ArcSight, Splunk, Encase, Cellebrite, and MAGNET AXIOM. A active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience working with a Federal Government organization.
• DOD clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze network logs to identify anomalies related to foreign threats.
• Familiar with national-level analytical products.
• Knowledge of foreign intelligence entity trends and tradecraft.
• Write operational reports and IIRs.
• Know CI Cyber and insider threat tools such as ArcSight, Splunk, Encase.
• Cellebrite and MAGNET AXIOM knowledge highly preferred.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Conduct briefings and debriefings; perform other duties as assigned.

• Salary Range - $120,000 to $150,000

SUMMARY:

Provide Cyber support to a government agency at Fort Belvoir.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate ability to analyze network logs to identify anomalies related to foreign threats
• Demonstrate familiarity with national-level analytical products
• Demonstrate knowledge of foreign intelligence entity (FIE) trends for methods of operations (tradecraft) in collecting information on Department of Defense equities
• Write operational and Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)
• Demonstrate specific knowledge of CI Cyber and insider threat tools and software, such as ArcSight, Splunk, and Encase
• Demonstrate specific knowledge of Cellebrite and MAGNET AXIOM highly preferred
• Demonstrate good communication skills (oral and written)
• Conduct briefings and debriefingsPerform other duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong briefing skills / ability to present to small and large audiences
• Five (5) years of experience working with a Federal Government organization
• DOD clearance required
