Job summary

Cyntel Technologies, LLC in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Counterintelligence Specialist (Force Modernization Support) to research and analyze manpower and equipment resources to sustain CI capabilities. You will identify foreign intelligence threats targeting U.S.

persons and interests and contribute to developing CI strategies and all-source CI studies. The role requires experience with DoD CI operations, ability to develop instruction programs on collection operations TTPs, and collaboration

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with at least 12 years of relevant experience; recent experience preferred.
• Associate0degree with 10 years of relevant experience; recent experience preferred.
• Bachelor0Degree with 8 years of relevant experience; recent experience preferred.
• Master0Degree with 6 years of relevant experience; recent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze manpower/resources to maintain CI capabilities.
• Identify and assess foreign intelligence threats to U.S. persons and interests.
• Develop CI strategies and all-source CI studies; produce analytic reports.
• Develop and present training programs on collection operations TTPs.
• Coordinate Force Modernization with Group staff and HQDA.
