Job summary

Peraton is seeking a senior intelligence professional to provide mission-critical support in Chantilly, VA. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and substantial experience across contingency operations, battle staff, and strategic engagement planning.

Responsibilities include monitoring political, military, and economic developments within AORs/AOIs, researching threat assessments, and delivering formal learning products to enhance CI acumen and tradecraft while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Experience: 8y with BS/BA, 6y with MS/MA, 3y with PhD; 4 years may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and planning, and multi-lateral training across AOR/AOI.
• Monitor and analyze political, military, and economic developments in AORs/AOIs.
• Assess future political-military developments, capabilities, doctrine, and weapons acquisitions.
• Research, write, and coordinate threat assessments for senior leadership.
• Connect intelligence from field sources to produce reliable anti-terrorism reports.
• Validate information and assess believability of sources.
• Offer expertise in technology-focused discipline; cover mobile devices, internet, and AI.
• Develop and deliver formal learning products, instructor-led and web-based.
• Handle multiple concurrent tasks with a team-player approach.

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Provides intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational‑level planning, joint and multi‑lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).
• Monitors and analyzes all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs.
• Assesses future and on‑going political‑military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country.
• Researches, authors, and coordinates threat assessments to support senior leadership as well.
• Connects pieces of information that is available from different sources like field agents and form reliable reports on anti‑terrorism and national security to deal with potential threats.
• Assesses the believability of the information from the reliable sources, collects it and validates intelligence.
• Provideexpertisein a technology‑focused discipline, with a focus onmaintainingcurrent and relevant information on the discipline;
• Demonstrateexpertisein relevant technology areas including mobile devices,theinternetand Artificial Intelligence.
• Teach the workings of technology and associated vulnerabilities, as well as adversary targeting methods and best practices countermeasures;
• Develop and deliver formal learning products, including instructor‑led and web‑based coursework, to enhance CI acumen and tradecraft;
• Work on multiple, concurrent, high‑priority tasks,demonstratinga team player mentality and flexibility.
