Amentum is seeking Counterintelligence (CI) Officers to support our client in the Northern Virginia area. This position offers multiple openings. The level is contingent on applicant qualifications and experience.

Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1-5 based on experience and feedback after assessments.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 20+ years of relevant experience; a Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• Experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys.
• Ability to deliver clear and concise briefings confidently.
• Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries’ intelligence capabilities, including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT.
• Understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods.
• Familiarity with CI risk analysis concepts, including insider threat detection.
• Knowledge of intelligence operations fundamentals, including risk assessment.
• For level 5: at least 2 overseas tours (CONUS or OCONUS) or 4 years of TDY experience.
• Must possess a high-level US Government issued clearance at application time.

Desired qualifications:

• Experience in Intelligence Operations, Analysis, or Support to Field Operations.
• Experience identifying targeting leads through exploitation of all-source databases.
• Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices.
• Formal CI training and certifications.
• Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing.
• Foreign language skills.
