Job summary

CACI is seeking a Counterintelligence Instructor (JCITA) to deliver world-class CI instruction in support of the DIA JCITA program. The role includes planning training, executing certification, and assessing students, with travel within the NCR and CONUS.

The ideal candidate will be a JCITA graduate, have 5+ years of CI instruction or supervision, hold TS/SCI with Poly (or ability to obtain), and be willing to relocate to commutable distance to Quantico, VA. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience conducting, instructing, or supervising per DoDI-S5240.09.
• TS/SCI with Poly or ability to obtain poly.
• Graduate of JCITA in the field you will be instructing.
• Willing to relocate or live within commutable distance to Quantico, VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class Counterintelligence instruction.
• Plan, develop, and execute training certification for the course you will instruct.
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises, with travel to NCR/CONUS.
• Provide CI SME for course development, instruction, and mentorship.
• Employ blended learning techniques: eLearn, lectures, discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays.
