Job summary

SOSi seeks a Counter-intelligence (CI) Analyst to support SOF, HUMINT, and commercial supply chain operations with operational risk assessments and actionable intelligence. The role requires TS/SCI with CI poly eligibility, 12+ years in CI, and proven ability to produce all-source intelligence products and threat assessments for senior leaders and program managers.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• Minimum 12 years of CI experience with leadership at senior levels.
• Proven ability to produce IC-coordinated all-source intelligence products.
• Experience mapping supply chains and evaluating vendor networks.
• Ability to brief senior leaders, engineers, and acquisition staff.

Responsibilities

• Analyze intelligence reporting on FIE TTPs for supply chain exploitation.
• Provide CIAR training to personnel.
• Profile and map a product's supply chain to identify vulnerabilities.
• Conduct all-source analysis on vendors and contractors to identify FOCI and red flags.
• Write SCRAs for new technologies or programs with recommended risk posture.
• Collaborate with legal and contracting to enhance procurement screening.
• Suggest mitigations like trusted suppliers and anti-tamper measures.
• Support organizational SCRM policy and best practices.
• Write intelligence products and brief senior management.
