Description

Primary Responsibilities:

The primary function of a Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst is to research, analyze, and investigate complex counterintelligence issues using a broad range of research methods and tools. The Analyst will utilize customer-specific databases to conduct multiple layers of research and write summaries, reports, official correspondence, and guidance. The Analyst will also be expected to provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors and 4+ years of experience
  • This position requires a current/active TS/SCI with poly. Candidates who do not possess this level of clearance will not be considered.
  • Ability to prepare written products in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience relating to intelligence research and analysis.
  • Experience in identifying CI reviews and requirements.
  • Ability to prepare effective briefings for senior management.
  • Experience working and networking across the Intelligence Community or other US Government agencies performing similar work and scope in support of operations.
  • Be able to exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to plan and organize tasks independently.
  • Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to pose creative solutions to operational challenges.
  • Ability to apply counterintelligence and risk management principles to safeguard operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience identifying CI risks associated with operational activities, facilities, or technology use.
  • Experience participating in counterintelligence reviews of operational cases.
  • Experience coordinating legal policy in an operational environment.
  • Understanding of customer’s unique mission requirements.
  • Understanding of customer policies, regulations, technical tools, and databases to support operations.
  • Experience with various writing styles and classified client databases, including specific Boolean search tools.

Pay Range:

Pay Range: $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
