Job summary

KBR is seeking a Counter-UAS Contract Instructor to lead instruction for DoW customers across C-UAS systems. You will serve as the primary interface to students in designated C-UAS platforms and support the Mobile Training Team program.

Expect extensive CONUS and OCONUS travel; prior military service and active DoW clearances are required. The role is based near Fort Sill with opportunities to contribute to curriculum development and operational defense objectives.

Qualifications

  • Must possess an active Secret DoW security clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain TS clearance if necessary.
  • Must be able to maintain the required clearance.
  • Prior honorable military service.
  • Experience planning and scheduling training events.
  • Must be located in the vicinity of Ft. Sill.
  • Formal military instructor experience and certification.
  • Experience operating C-UAS systems.
  • Understanding of C-UAS or Air Defense doctrine and employment principles.
  • Base Defense Operations Center experience (BDOC).
  • Certification to operate Group 1 and Group 2 UAS.
  • Curriculum development experience.

Responsibilities

  • Instruct students in designated C-UAS systems as directed by the DoW customer.
  • Travel extensively CONUS and OCONUS to support the MTT program.
  • Plan and schedule training events in coordination with DoW and partners.
  • Maintain required security clearances and comply with DoW requirements.

Counter - UAS Contract Instructor

Job Summary

MTT Instructors serve as the primary interface to C-UAS students, instructing them in specific C-UAS systems as designated by the Department of War (DoW) customer.

Locations of training will be CONUS and OCONUS in support of Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) Mobile Training Team (MTT) program supporting DoW, interagency, and Joint Force customers.

Basic Qualifications
  • Must possess an active Secret DoW security clearance
  • Must be able to obtain TS clearance if necessary
  • Must be able to maintain the required clearance
  • Prior honorable military service
  • Experience planning and scheduling training events
  • Ability to travel extensively (CONUS and OCONUS) and on short notice
  • Must be located in the vicinity of Ft. Sill
Preferred Qualification

  • Understanding of C-UAS or Air Defense doctrine and employment principles
