Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of curriculum development experience using SAT/ISD methodology.
• Ability to consolidate and standardize training materials from multiple vendors and government sources into formal instructional documents.
• Synthesize disparate training materials into a single modular training package.
• Edit content to ensure accuracy, readability, and adherence to style guides.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and military/civilian personnel to incorporate lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, review, update, and validate C-UAS training products and materials.
• Support the Joint CUAS University (JCU) mission through curriculum integration.
• Coordinate with government sources to standardize instructional documents.
