The Soil Counter/Sorter is responsible for handling, counting, sorting, and recording incoming soiled textiles from customers. This role involves identifying damaged textiles, preparing and transferring textiles to other departments, and performing additional tasks as needed.
Standing, walking, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, grasping, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping are required. The work environment includes typical industrial laundry conditions with variations in temperature, odors, humidity, lint, and dust.
