As a Counter Sales Specialist, you will help customers find products, answer questions, and process transactions at the point of sale while maintaining store standards and cleanliness.

You will also assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, and merchandising across departments, and participate in regular store activities and team meetings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; some college preferred.
• Previous retail sales or merchandising experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for coming to work as a friendly associate ensuring each customer receives amazing service following the Van Marcke standards. Aiding customers by answering any questions they may have and helping them locate the merchandise they are looking for. Assisting in the receiving, stocking, pricing of all merchandise and helping maintain a clean and orderly store.
