Job summary

Reece USA is seeking a Counter / Parts Sales associate for the HVACR division. The role requires assessing customer needs, recommending personalized solutions, and maintaining inventory and sales standards.

You will enter and track sales and deliver high-quality customer service. Ideal candidates will have about 2 years of experience in plumbing, waterworks, HVAC, or kitchen & bath, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Counter / Parts Sales -HVACR Division

IMPACT YOU MAKE: The parts sales role is empowered to use expertise to help our customers keep their communities safe through delivering clean water and HVAC.

• Assess customer’s needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Working cooperatively with team members maintain inventory and sales standards
• Properly enter and track sales

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Knowledge and skills common with 2 years’ experience in the assigned business line. o Plumbing o Waterworks o HVAC o Kitchen & Bath
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
