Reece Group in Texas is seeking a Counter / Parts Sales associate to help customers select plumbing, waterworks, HVAC, and kitchen & bath parts. You will assess customer needs, offer personalized solutions, and work with the team to maintain inventory and sales standards while accurately entering and tracking sales.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service and professionalism, with opportunities to learn leadership and advance into sales or account management.

• 2 years of experience in the assigned business line.

Counter / Parts Sales

IMPACT YOU MAKE:

The parts sales role is empowered to use expertise to help our customers keep their communities safe through delivering clean water and HVAC.

Specific duties include:

• Assess customer’s needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Working cooperatively with team members maintain inventory and sales standards
• Properly enter and track sales
