Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, is seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative in Warren, OH. You will assist customers during the sales process, use ERP software, and help with warehouse tasks.

The shift is 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a focus on product knowledge and building strong customer relationships. We offer comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401K match, tuition reimbursement, and employee development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in electrical industry or knowledge of electrical products.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse a warehouse.
• Basic problem-solving and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintaining a professional sales demeanor.
• Track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating documentation, and making follow-up calls.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and generate stock requests.
• Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe, clean environment.

The Counter Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining product knowledge and is encouraged to market and promote new products. In addition, assist customers during the sales/purchase process and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. The Counter Sales Representative also assists with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis.Shift: 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM, M-F.We’re Looking For Associates Who

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintain professional sales demeanor.
• Ability to track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow‑up calls.
• Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Actively stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock request.
• Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe and clean environment.

What You Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Echo Electric.
• A minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
• Ability to effectively communicate, stay organized and work within a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
• Basic problem‑solving skills and computer skills.
• Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting job assignment.
