Reece USA is hiring for a Counter / Parts Sales role focused on supplying plumbing, waterworks and HVAC solutions to customers in our region. You will assess customer needs, provide personalized recommendations, and help keep inventory and sales standards.

Entering and tracking sales accurately is essential, along with delivering exceptional customer service. We value teamwork, safety, and a commitment to professional growth, with on-site responsibilities in the Rockwall, TX area.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Plumbing, Waterworks, HVAC, or Kitchen & Bath.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Counter / Parts Sales

IMPACT YOU MAKE:

The parts sales role is empowered to use expertise to help our customers keep their communities safe through delivering clean water and HVAC.

Specific duties include:

• Assess customer's needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Working cooperatively with team members maintain inventory and sales standards
• Properly enter and track sales
