We currently have five lumber yards, two showrooms, a custom mill, a production door shop, and a commercial door frame and hardware location. The Counter Sales Representative is the “face of the company” at our Philadelphia location, responsible for making a positive first impression on customers. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone, developing new business relationships, and processing orders. The ideal candidate has a friendly, easy-going personality, is perceptive, disciplined, and makes visitors feel comfortable and valued.

Requirements

• Warmly welcoming customers and matching solutions, products, and services to their needs
• Establishing new business relationships, processing orders, and providing reliable information in person and over the phone

• Knowledge of residential or commercial lumber and millwork sales is a plus
