The parts sales role is empowered to use expertise to help our customers keep their communities safe through delivering clean water and HVAC.

Responsibilities

1. Assess customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
2. Work cooperatively with team members to maintain inventory and sales standards.
3. Properly enter and track sales.

Most importantly, you will deliver high-quality customer service and professionalism!

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills consistent with 2 years’ experience in the relevant business line (Plumbing, Waterworks, HVAC, Kitchen & Bath).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Development Opportunities

• Experience in leadership.
• Skills and knowledge to advance into leadership, sales, or account management roles.

Additional physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 75 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.
