Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and sales aptitude.
• Ability to greet, assist, and serve customers at the counter.
• Basic literacy and math skills to handle quotes, orders, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Staff the Sales Counter and service customers.
• Process orders, quotes and sales transactions.
• Stock, cycle counts, and organize inventory.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Open/close the store and manage cash drawer procedures.
• Provide product information and literature to customers.
• Assist with special orders and quotes as needed.
• Direct customers to appropriate team member for assistance.
