Responsibilities

• Assist and resolve customer requests in person or by phone in a prompt and professional manner.
• Enter and process customer orders in the system, review and pull orders as needed.
• Upsell products and services and suggest alternatives when items are not available.
• Develop product knowledge of Crescent inventory, location, and market trends.
• Back up inside sales representatives and warehouse personnel as needed.
