Bosch-HomeComfort in the United States is seeking a friendly Counter Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with purchases, and deliver a positive shopping experience at the sales counter.

You will operate the POS system, handle transactions, maintain a neat counter, learn product details, and work with the team to keep shelves stocked and the store running smoothly. This role requires physical stamina and flexibility for various shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
• In-depth product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about our product line
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries and purchases
• Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area

• Forklift experience preferred but not required
