Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of building material knowledge and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; answer questions on merchandise, pricing, promotions, and deliveries.
• Process sales at the register; accept payments and issue receipts.
• Create invoices, work orders, and sales tickets; manage pricing and refunds with supervisor approval.
• Assist with stock, displays, and showroom cleanliness; maintain accurate records.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment after training.
• Attend trainings and location-specific services as needed; cut keys, mix paint, or cut glass if required.
