Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Computer skills.
• Experience in trades a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process sales at the counter, including order processing, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service by assisting customers with product selection, sales, technical questions, and product information.
• Handle customer phone orders and respond to product, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Process customer orders, returns, and all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers and sales associates by accurately pulling and preparing customer orders.
• Utilize cross-reference materials and technical manuals to identify products and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and sales counter for customers.
• Work with the team to build relationships with repeat plumbing and HVAC customers.
• During peak periods, assist as an order runner with focus on pulling and fulfilling orders.
