Job summary

Staff Perm, LLC is seeking a Counter Sales Associate in Brooklyn Park, MN to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service through daily store operations. This contract-to-hire role requires a high school diploma or GED and offers an hourly pay rate of $20 in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage inventory, record shipments, maintain store appearance, and occasionally handle scheduling, ordering, and opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift experience with sit-down and stand-up is preferred.
• Able to provide high level service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to complete trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience through daily store operations.
• Manage inventory and record shipments accurately.
• Maintain the store's appearance to high standards.
