Job summary

Traction is seeking a motivated counter sales associate to join our team in the Camp Taylor area. You will greet customers, answer questions about heavy-duty parts, and promote current promotions while maintaining a professional appearance.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, advising customers on parts choices, and supporting stock orders and outside sales as needed. Prior heavy-duty parts knowledge and a valid driver's license are preferred and weekend availability is

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, computer, and paper cataloging systems and process daily paperwork.
• Explain features, benefits, and warranty information to customers and promote current promotions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and applications to provide technical advice and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide sales support, stock orders, and assist outside salesperson as needed.
