Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Counter Salesperson/Customer Service professional for our Altoona, PA Profit Center. You will assist customers, process orders, and help grow sales while maintaining accurate pricing and product information.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or counter sales, knowledge of Profit Center products, and strong communication skills. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or counter sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center.

Responsibilities

• Confidently assist customers at the sales counter.
• Accurately process and fill Sales Orders.
• Attract and retain customers and meet revenue and margin targets.
• Verify pick tickets and obtain customer signatures prior to release.
• Provide pricing, product specs, and availability information.
• Keep the counter area clean, stocked, and safely displayed.
• Inform management of credit risk changes and stock depletions.
• Process returns and refunds per policy.
• Support team with calls, stocking, and order pulling.
• Complete safety and compliance training as required.
