Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
• Valid driver's license; Motor Vehicle Report will be run.
• Minimum 2+ years in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Frequent use of computer and telephones; occasional use of material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
• Employees will repeatedly move up to 60 pounds and may move more with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers to identify product needs and locate merchandise.
• Enter sales and quote data; process payments and document transactions.
• Organize and restock merchandise; maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate delivery and replenishment of industrial products and storeroom items to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and support timely reorders; move stock as needed.
