Job summary

Bosch is seeking a friendly Counter Sales Associate for our Houston, TX location. You will greet customers, process transactions at the POS, maintain a clean counter, and share product knowledge to assist in decisions.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Required: 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Preferred: HVAC knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• In-depth product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about our product line.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
• Inventory management skills.
• Willingness to become forklift certified (training provided).
• Regular attendance and punctuality are vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities
