Key Responsibilities:

• Be conversant in all key product lines.
• Stay current on Eclipse; know how to enter orders, search for orders and products, and order special equipment as needed.
• Upsell and accessorize customer orders effectively.
• Provide courteous follow-up and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Properly process warranty claims and returns.

Critical Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell and service customers to encourage repeat business; be available, listen, and assist in improving their business.
• Attend product and technical training sessions.
• Follow up on customer orders using calling queues.
• Assist the Branch Manager in resolving customer problems.
• Perform monthly cycle counts responsibly.
• Enforce company procedures for returns, damages, shortages, and backorders.
• Contact customers during slow periods to increase sales, notify about deliveries, or support other customer service initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Participate in annual physical inventory.

Performance Guidelines:

• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process orders promptly.
• Achieve a branch evaluation score of 75% or higher.
• Respond to calling queues within 30 days.
• Complete at least 3 product or technical training classes annually.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License.

Organizational Relationship:

• This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.
• No personnel report to this position.

Pay range: $20-26/hr
