White Cap Management LLC is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to support walk-in, phone and will-call customers with product information and orders. You will process quotes, enter orders, and pull items as needed, while delivering strong customer service and product knowledge.

The role involves upselling related products, communicating features and warranty details, and assisting with miscellaneous duties to keep the counter operating smoothly.

Formación

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone and will-call customers.
• Process orders, quote prices, and enter orders into the system; pull orders as needed.
• Inform customers about product features, benefits and warranty policies.
• Share product knowledge and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Identify related products and inform customers of promotions to upsell.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

A Counter Sales Associate at White Cap...

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to our walk-in, phone, and will call customers.
• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system and provides order information to customers. Pulls orders as required.
• Communicates product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and their applications (provides technical advice, troubleshoots, and helps resolve customers' problems.)
• Upsells by identifying related products, add-on extensions, and informing customers of product promotions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.
