Job summary

Bosch-HomeComfort in Houston is hiring a customer-focused Retail Associate to support all aspects of sales at our store. You will greet customers, answer questions, process transactions, and keep the counter organized while applying product knowledge to help shoppers make informed decisions.

The role requires reliability, basic math, and the ability to stand for long periods. You will work with a team, assist with stock, and participate in warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years in retail or customer service.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• HVAC knowledge preferred

• Strong math skills for accurate transaction processing
• Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
• In-depth product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about our product line
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to become forklift certified (training provided)
