Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Idaho is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to be the primary contact for retail and wholesale customers. You will determine customer needs, secure the right parts, and help ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes building relationships, greeting customers, and maintaining store appearance while assisting with receiving and stocking merchandise. Prior retail experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Counter Sales Associate acts as the primary point of contact for NAPA’s retail and wholesale customers. A person in this position is responsible for ensuring sales by determining customers' needs, assisting in securing necessary parts, maintaining personal and store image, and ensuring customers receive a good experience.
