White Cap is hiring a Counter Sales Associate in Albuquerque, NM to deliver exceptional service to walk-in and phone customers, process orders, and provide product guidance. The role involves upselling related products and offering technical advice to resolve customer needs.

Ideal candidates have strong product knowledge in construction/industrial supplies and may possess Spanish language skills to serve a diverse customer base. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and retirement plans.
