Smyth Auto Parts is a privately held automotive aftermarket company, owned and operated by the Smyth family since it was founded by George Smyth over 60 years ago. Today, this family-owned operation owns and operates 18 auto part retail locations, 8 paint centers, and 5 warehouse distribution centers serving Greater Cincinnati, Columbus, Northern and Central Kentucky, and Nashville, Tennessee.

Smyth offers over one million parts, including OE, performance, and accessory parts. The company also carries a complete line of tools and equipment for both do-it-yourself enthusiasts and professional installers. With the motto "Right Part. Right Price. Right Now.," Smyth Automotive is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking full-time and part-time Counter Parts Sales Professionals to join our growing team of auto parts specialists.

The role of a Counter Parts Sales Professional primarily involves assisting customers with their auto parts questions, do-it-yourself projects, and auto parts needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying auto parts, providing technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Help maintain inventory and display merchandise attractively and orderly.
• Restock products and keep the store clean and organized.
• Provide prompt, respectful, and friendly service to customers.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems.
• Experience with cataloging and inventory management systems is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain inventory and display merchandise neatly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license; may be required to make deliveries.
