Job summary

VetJobs is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support Counter-Insider Threat operations at Camp Smith Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with eligibility and a background in security or law enforcement.

Responsibilities include auditing, data analysis, and reporting the results to leadership. You will coordinate base access, document minutes, and ensure regulatory compliance across weekly and monthly audits.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility to SCI.
• Minimum five years’ experience as a Program Analyst with Counter-Insider Threat knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret policies, guidance, and procedures.
• Typing at least 40 words per minute; proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with stakeholders at various levels.
• Driver’s license and ability to drive between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and document insider threat situations and thresholds.
• Analyze Counter-Insider Threat data for anomalies and trends.
• Audit investigations and records for compliance with regulations.
• Use operational checklists and tools to complete assessments.
• Record minutes of Working Group meetings and report to Case Manager.
• Conduct weekly and monthly audits of investigations and records.
• Produce annual reports using HQ USINDOPACOM templates.
