Created Solutions is seeking an experienced Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Program Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville, AL. Provide systems analysis expertise to identify and discriminate lethal objects within a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a STEM field with 12+ years of related experience.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to qualify for TS/SCI.
• Expertise in radar signal processing, scheduling, and object classification.
• Expertise in electronic protection.
• Experience with systems engineering analysis and process management, including requirements, CONOPS, and integrated schedules.
• Experience conducting technical performance assessments, risk analysis, and mitigation development.
• Experience with electronic attack/protection modeling supporting technical analysis and requirements development.
• Experience developing technology maturation plans to support transition to program offices.

Position Overview

Created Solutions is seeking an experienced Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Program Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in Huntsville, AL. This position provides systems analysis expertise supporting development of advanced Missile Defense System capabilities to identify and discriminate lethal objects.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in radar, electronic protection, systems engineering, and threat discrimination within a multidisciplinary environment.
