Job summary

Sammy's Restaurant / Haby's Alsatian Bakery is seeking a team-oriented staff member to stock consumables, maintain sanitation, and learn new menu items. You will assist servers by setting up food trays and ensuring smooth service during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock consumable items at beginning and during shift (ice, dishes, restroom paper products, etc...).
• Assure that all food procedures are followed
• Follow all sanitation guidelines
• Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
• Setup food trays for servers to be expedited
• Take out trash and clean trash cans at closing
• Sweep dining rooms and specified kitchen areas at closing
