CarolinaEast Health System is seeking a Counter Attendant to educate customers, promote coffee consumption, and sell coffee, grinding equipment, accessories, and pastries. You will prepare drinks and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.

Counter attendants are responsible for and promote coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies. They perform a variety of tasks, including money management. This consists of receiving money, operating a computerized cash register, running daily financial reports, counting money, and reconciling for accurate daily reports and deposits. They must maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in the preparation and serving of food.
