Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking a part-time Count Team Member for the Daytona Poker Room in Orange City, Florida. You will count and sort soft money and gaming chips, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies. The role offers weekly pay and a benefits package with training, discounts, and flexible schedules.

Ideal candidates have basic math skills and can handle large money amounts; state gaming license eligibility is required. Shifts are daytime, with no diploma required.

• Transport money carts to storage areas.
• Report any issues to Lead Count.

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part-time Count Team Member to join our team at Daytona Poker Room in Orange City, Florida. As a Count Team Member, you will count and sort previous days' soft money and gaming chips accurately and in a timely manner, following all company and state policies and procedures.

Pay

$14.00 - $14.00 / hour

• Ability to obtain and maintain the proper state gaming commission license is required
• Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
• Ability to handle large amounts of money responsibly
• No experience or diploma required

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds
• Manual dexterity to casino chips and paper bills
• Exposure to secondhand smoke
• Exposure to high volume noise
