A leading company in the gaming and hospitality industry seeks a Count Room Attendant to handle cash and ensure the integrity of monetary transactions. The role requires physical stamina, adherence to safety protocols, and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be 21 years or older, and possess basic mechanical skills.
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs bill validator pull, coin drop, scales, wraps, bags and racks coin from daily drop. Performs Table Games & Poker Box count, Slots Bill Validator count. Performs preventive maintenance, as required.Performs other duties as assigned by the Counts Rooms Manager.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to maneuver in and around all count rooms. Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations, including employee conflicts. Must be able to push and pull carts and carry up to 5 pounds of boxes filled with currency. Must be able to grip objects and have good finger movement when counting and handling currency. Must be able to differentiate denominations of chips and authenticity of currency. Must be able to stand for long periods of time (6 to 7 hours). Must be able to operate a computer, ten key adding machine and money counter. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, twist and grip items as necessary. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
