Job summary

175 Hard Rock Bristol LLC is seeking a Count Room Associate to ensure accurate currency handling and compliance with Virginia Lottery regulations while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will collect funds from slot machines, count and document drops, operate drop carts, and maintain records in the ACSC system. A high school diploma is required, all licenses and background checks must be completed, drug screening passed, and you must be 21+ with the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must obtain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must be able to operate drop carts to assist in pickup, transfer, and delivery of funds.
• Must be capable of moving quickly throughout the gaming floor and complete repetitive motions.
• Must successfully pass drug screening.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Collect funds from Slot Machines.
• Verification of documentation.
• Count, strap and wrap funds.
• Enter data into ACSC computer system.
• Communicate and provide excellent customer service to team members, guests, and vendors.
• Performs all other duties as assigned and adheres to all Virginia Lottery Regulations and Departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
