Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Springboro, OH who will supervise interns, manage a clinical caseload, and maintain documentation in the EHR. The role emphasizes a compassionate, collaborative clinic culture and growth opportunities within a small but growing practice.

You will lead clinical teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to outreach and community events while upholding Ellie’s values and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• OH licensure to supervise (e.g. LPCC-S).
• Ability to supervise interns and pre-licensed staff.
• Ability to submit documentation of services within 24 hours.
• Comfort with diverse client base.
• Proficient with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus).

Responsibilities

Compensation And Benefits

• Compensation range $50-$60 an hour (based on qualifications)

Position Overview

As a Clinical Supervisor at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve. We are a growing organization and would add direct reports to your responsibility upon hiring new staff to allow for initial development of own clinical skills in our setting before adding supervisory responsibilities. You would also maintain your own caseload of clients.

Clinical Responsibilities Include

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system
• Maintain a caseload of clients (25 clients a week)
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community events

Supervision Responsibilities

• Conduct evidenced-based, data informed, and goal driven individual, triadic and group supervision as required to interns and pre-licensed staff to ensure clinical excellence and align with best practices
• Collaborate with Clinic Director to provide clinical oversight to clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals
• Supervise evaluations of mental health diagnoses, creation, and implementation of treatment plans.
• Attend leadership meetings and professional development as required

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Candidates must have clinical licensure in their field in OH with the ability to supervise (e.g. LPCC-S)
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments
• Prior supervision experience preferred
