ReDiscover is seeking a Counselor Tech Supervisor to join our Thrive Program.

WHAT WE DO

Our Thrive Center provides short-term mental health residential treatment, diverting individuals from hospitalization. We offer intensive therapeutic services, including clinical case management, therapy, group activities, and medication management, with a collaborative treatment team providing personalized care.

As a Counselor Tech Supervisor, your typical responsibilities may include:

• Supervising department staff, including ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Coordinating shift schedules for our 24-hour residential sites, including working shifts without coverage.
• Participating in employee lifecycle activities such as hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Adhering to care guidelines and agency policies.
• Demonstrating cultural competence and respect for clients, guests, and staff.
• Safeguarding Protected Health Information and maintaining confidentiality, including documentation and record management.

Requirements for this role include:

• Availability to work part-time (24 hours/week), Saturday and Sunday, from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling preferred.
• At least two years of experience in direct mental health services.
• Excellent customer service with a recovery-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Intermediate computer skills, including typing, Microsoft Word, Excel, and GSuite.
