Job summary

Everest Recovery Centers, based in Manchester, ME, is seeking a Full-time Counselor (CADC or LADC) for the day shift (32 or 40 hours per week).

The counselor will provide individual and group counseling for clients with opiate use disorder using the 12 Core Functions, perform assessments, complete documentation, and maintain confidentiality. The position emphasizes patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have CADC or LADC certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments to determine appropriate level of care.
• Provide individual and group counseling to patients.
• Complete timely and accurate patient documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and confidentiality.

Position Summary

The primary role of the counselor is to provide services to individuals with a primary diagnosis of an Opiate Use Disorder utilizing the 12 Core Functions of Substance Use Disorder Counseling. Complete all required documentation. Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
